By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the election process of the Society in question without availing alternative remedy by raising the said dispute before the Commissioner of the Co-operative Society under the relevant Regulation 35 of the West Bengal Co-operative Election Commission Regulation, 2012. Without going into the merits of this writ petition, this writ petition the same is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative statutory remedy, which the petitioner is entitled to avail in accordance with law.
