By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the auction notice dated 10th July, 2023 and making prayer for restraining the authority concerned from auctioning. This case has got no merit since auction has already been taken place on 31st August, 2023. Learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits that even the sale certificate has been issued to the buyer.

Considering this fact I am of the view that no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition, accordingly the writ petition being WPA 19815 of 2023 is dismissed.

However, if petitioner at all is aggrieved by such sale he may seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Accordingly CAN 1 of 2023 is also dismissed.
