Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Pratick Bose ........... for the State Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and upon considering the materials on record, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 20th July, 2018 to the effect that the petitioners shall "meet the Officer-in-Charge, Panskura Police Station once in a week until further orders" is waived. However, the petitioners shall attend the learned court below on all the dates as specified for hearing. In the event the petitioners fail to comply with the above direction without justifiable cause, the learned court below would be at liberty to cancel their bail, without further reference to this Court.

Accordingly, application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 2 of 2020 is disposed of.
