Since the police report dated 26th August, 2024 submitted before this Court on 7th October, 2024 reflects that the finance company being the respondent no.4 informed the Officer-in-Charge, Chandipur P.S. prior to repossession on 17th July, 2024, I am of the view that the respondent no.4 has not taken the law in their own hands. Consequently, if there are other disputes existing between the petitioner and the finance company being the respondent no.4, the petitioner would be at liberty to take up steps before the jurisdictional court both civil and criminal court. The concerned courts would assess the accusations or the contentions and

exercise their discretion while passing necessary orders.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20503 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
