Heard learned Advocates appearing for the petitioner. None appears for the respondents in spite of service.

Grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that in spite of repeated representations made by the petitioner before the respondent/CBDT and last such representation was sent on 10th December, 2021 and from the track report it appears that the same was delivered on 13th December, 2021, the respondent/CBDT has not considered the same. Copy of such representation is annexed, being Annexure P-2 at page 19 to the writ petition, from which grievance of the petitioner in detailed would appear.

Considering the submission of the petitioner this writ petition, being WPA 20912 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the CBDT/ respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and

speaking order within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is recorded that this court has not gone into the merits of the aforesaid representation and the respondent concerned while considering the aforesaid representation will act strictly in accordance with law. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
