It appears that the instant revisional application has already been dismissed for default by passing an order of this Court dated 17.5.2016. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present application. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present case. Accordingly, application being CAN 1/2018 (Old No. CAN 4328 of 2018) is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
There will be no order as to costs.
