The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondents are obstructing her from effecting repairs and construction on her mud house.

The private respondents are neighbours, who have threatened and intimidated her.

There is no evidence or proof of the ownership of the petitioner in the house in question. In the event, the petitioner has appropriate document in that regard, she may lodge a further complaint with the Haripal Police Station.

In the event of inaction by the Haripal Police Station, steps may be taken under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The Officer-in-charge, Haripal Police Station, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
