It appears from the report submitted by the Assistant Registrar of this Court that administrative notice was issued upon the petitioner through his learned Advocate-on-record in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 15th June, 2023.

Despite service of the notice, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. So, it appears that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present case. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/2192/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
