1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. Petitioner made an application for transfer on portal on 2nd May, 2022 on general ground (distance). However, it is submitted by the learned advocates representing the petitioner and respondent authorities the transfer application of the petitioner was considered by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission but petitioner could not be transferred as petitioner ranked below the candidates who were found eligible to be transferred. Consequently, transfer application of the petitioner was sent back to the applicant on 1st July, 2022. Movement of the transfer

application is found from a document at page 19 of the writ petition.

3. Since petitioner secured low rank no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

4. Writ petition stands dismissed.

5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to apply for transfer in future in accordance with law.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
