On the prayer of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner the application being CRAN No.4 of 2020 is allowed and CRAN No.3 is taken up for hearing. The present application has been preferred, inter alia, praying for relaxation of the conditions of anticipatory bail, as incorporated in the order dated 19th September, 2019 passed in CRM No.8867 of 2019.

Heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. Let a copy of the report, as filed on behalf of the State be kept on record.

It appears that pursuant to the order dated 19th September, 2019, the petitioner duly appeared before the

learned Court below and obtained regular bail. Upon completion of investigation chargesheet has also been submitted.

In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 19th September, 2019, to the effect 'the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further order', is waived. The other conditions in the said order dated 19th September, 2019 shall remain unaltered.

The application being CRAN No.3 of 2020, accordingly, is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
