Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer for direction upon the respondent concerned to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17th March, 2022, making prayer for installment of interest in question.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 20207 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
