1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. On perusal of the entire materials as placed before us, it reveals that similar such application of the present petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 15.05.2023 in CRM (A) 1990 of 2023.

3. In absence of any supervening circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the instant application for anticipatory bail of the present petitioner for the second time.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the present petitioner is hereby considered and rejected.

5. However, if the petitioner appears before the competent magistrate within 15 days from today with three days advance notice to the PP/APP attached to the said Court and files application for bail, such application for bail shall be disposed of on merit on the same day. It is also mentioned that in the event the ground of parity is canvassed by the present

petitioner, the same may be considered liberally by the said competent court in accordance with law.

6. In view of the aforesaid observation, the application being CRM (A) 3619 of 2023 is disposed of.
