No.1 It appears from the report of Assistant Registrar dated 16/01/2025 that the case No.CS/29094 of 2017 has been dismissed for non-prosecution under Section 256 Cr.P.C. by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Calcutta on June 4, 2022.

In the light of the said report the matter become infructuous because quashing of the said complaint case is the subject matter of the revisional application. Accordingly, the CRR 2654 of 2017 along with connected application, if any, is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There shall be no order as to costs.
