Today this matter appears in the list under the heading of "to be mentioned" at the instance of Department. Department filed a fresh status report dated 28th February, 2025, from which it appears that Complaint Case bearing No. C/S 29099 of 2017, under Sections 420,422,406,410,411,417 and 418 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has already been disposed of by Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Calcutta on 4th February, 2023 whereby the case was dismissed for non-prosecution under Section 256, Cr.P.C. Therefore, the date of disposal mentioned in order dated 31st January, 2025 is erroneous. It should be 4th February, 2023 instead of 8th January, 2025. The mistake crept in order dated 31st January, 2025 be rectified by incorporating 4th February, 2023 instead of 28th January, 2025.

This correction in the order dated 31st January, 2025, would be the part of the aforesaid order.

Ms. Rupal Singh and Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned Advocate appearing for the opposite party no.1, submits that her name was not recorded in the order dated 31st January, 2025. Let her name be incorporated in the said order. ( Uday Kumar, J. )
