Petitioner made an application for transfer on 4th July, 2025 addressed to the Chairman, Purba Bardhaman District Primary School Council.

Petitioner by making application prayed for transfer from one primary school to another primary school in the same district i.e. Purba Bardhaman.

It is also submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that petitioner completed more than five years of approved service as primary teacher. Prayer is made for consideration of the transfer application of the petitioner.

Respondents are represented by learned advocates.

The Chairman, Purba Bardhaman District Primary School Council being respondent No.4 is directed to take decision on transfer application of the petitioner dated 4th July, 2025 in accordance

with law by six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The decision to be taken by the respondent No.4 shall be communicated to the petitioner by ten days thereafter.

The Writ petition being WPA 19840 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
