Mr. Manoranjan Jana Ms. Mitali Jana ...for the Petitioner The application being CAN 3069 of 2019 is for recall of the order dated 2nd July, 2018 passed by a coordinate Bench whereby the connected writ petition was dismissed for default. By filing the present application petitioner has prayed for recalling the order dated 2nd July, 2018 but it appears from the record that the application for recalling was filed on 19th March, 2019. The explanation which has been offered in paragraph 4 in support of delay caused in instituting the application is not satisfactory.

Petitioner is granted leave to file an appropriate application for condonation of delay in preferring this recalling application.

Let this application go out of list.
