The only prayer of the petitioner is for a direction on the Block Development Officer, Patashpur -II, Purba Medinipur to consider and dispose of a representation made by the petitioner to the concerned authority. The representation does not contain any date but the document shows that it was received by the authority on 26th August, 2022. The representation deals with permission for holding a Durga Puja in a particular plot of land, The State is represented.

WPA 20213 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 5 being the Block Development Officer, Patashpur -II, Purba Medinipur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by 29th September, 2022. A copy of the reasoned order passed by the concerned respondent shall be made available to the petitioner by 30th September, 2022.
