1. During the course of submissions, both the parties have submitted that Matrimonial Suit No. 880 of 2024 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, may be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction under the learned District Judge, Malda.

2. In view of the consent of both the parties, the Matrimonial Suit No. 880 of 2024 is withdrawn from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas, and assigned to the Court of the learned District Judge, Malda. Learned District Judge, Malda, may assign the matter to the Court of competent jurisdiction.

3. The transferor Court is directed to send the entire case record to the transferee Court.

4. Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the matter in accordance with the law.

5. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
