WPA 20216 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 5 being the Block Development Officer, Patashpur -II, Purba Medinipur to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by 29th September, 2022. A copy of the reasoned order passed by the concerned respondent shall be made available to the petitioner by 30th September, 2022.
