Yesterday, when the matter was called on for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner failed to move the matter despite being repeatedly requested by the Court to do so.

In such view of the matter, the matter was adjourned till today as a last chance to the petitioner to move the matter properly.

However, at the time of call, although the State respondent and the private respondent no. 6 are represented through counsel, none appears to move the matter.

Accordingly, WPLRT 137 of 2025 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
