It appears from the records that the petitioner's application was forwarded by the School to the D. I. of Schools (SE) with a no objection since the petitioner is the only teacher in her subject in the School. The concerned D. I. has circulated notice to all Schools in Purba Bardhaman to ascertain as to whether there is any teacher available to temporarily teach the subject of home management and home nursing in the school-in-question. The concerned D. I. of Schools (SE) has taken steps in accordance with the Transfer Rules as amended on 03.01.2022.

The concerned D. I. of Schools (SE) shall continue to make efforts to trace out a suitable teacher to accommodate vacancy that may be created upon the petitioner's transfer.

The transfer cannot be effected until the local arrangement is made.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule issued shall stand discharged.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors are dispensed with.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
