1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The present writ petition is not maintainable in view of the fact that the same has been filed by the "Parnashree Auto Welfare Association" that is, the Union of the auto rickshaw operator which, however, does not have the locus standi for filing the writ petition on behalf of its members. The law is wellsettled in this regard.

3. Under such circumstances, the present writ petition is dismissed being not maintainable.

4. However, needless is to mention that the auto rickshaw operators shall have the legal remedies available for them, when espoused before the appropriate forum individually.

5. The writ petition being WPA No. 20464 of 2024 is dismissed.
