Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there was an incident arising out of a dispute between the political parties. The first petitioner received bullet injuries. The second petitioner is not involved in the incident. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. He submits that there are sufficient materials implicating both the petitioners.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners as transpiring from the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to any of the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
C.R.M. 8813 of 2021 is dismissed.
