1. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that a sum of Rs.17,76,390/- has been paid to the his client but the claim of the applicant is not fully satisfied. He further submits that a sum of Rs.2 lakhs and odd is due and payable.

The respondents shall consider the calculation of the petitioner already submitted to them and take appropriate decision in the matter mandatorily and positively within a period of ten days from date. 3.

A further copy of the communication of the petitioner is handed over to the learned Counsel for the alleged contemnors.

It appears that a Division Bench of this Court while affirming this Court's order dated 13th May, 2024, in its order dated 27th November, 2024 was pleased to direct interest to be paid if the dues are not paid within a period of six weeks from date.

The respondents shall take note of the same and comply with the order of the Division Bench of this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant contempt application shall stand disposed of. 7.

Remedies of the petitioner against the alleged contemnors before the Division Bench are deemed to be kept open.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
