The petitioner is aggrieved by the act and actions of the respondent nos. 6 and 7 and complains of being tortured.

There are cases and counter-cases at the behest of the petitioner and the respondent no.7.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there are series of cases inter se pending between the parties. The report also speaks that a partition suit is pending, a family feud, on the face of it, is appearing as the issue

involves both the property as well as regarding the apprehension of insecurity expressed by the petitioner.

Be that as it may, since the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent nos. 6 and 7 and, as the petitioner happens to be a septuagenarian lady who feels insecured because of the act and actions of the private respondent nos. 6 and 7, I direct that, in case, any information is furnished to the local police authorities, they would, with human face, address the inconveniences of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19713 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
