In reference to a memo dated 30th June, 2022 issued by the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Purulia being respondent no. 4 learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that hearing was scheduled on 12th July, 2022 and in this regard a notice was issued on 30th June, 2022. It is further submitted that in spite of issuing notice dated 30th June, hearing was not conducted by respondent no. 4 and no order was passed.

State respondents are represented by learned advocate who has submitted that petitioner is required to submit certain documents in support of her claim. It is submitted that inspite of repeated

requests those documents were not submitted by the petitioner as a result whereof decision could not be taken on claim of the petitioner seeking settlement of family pension in view of death of her husband. Writ petition stands disposed of directing respondent no. 4 to take decision in the matter after hearing petitioner or her representative by eight weeks from date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed by respondent no. 4 which shall be communicated to the petitioner by ten days thereafter. At the time of hearing petitioner shall be at leave to submit necessary documents in support of her claim.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
