Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities particularly with regard to noncompliance of the order passed in connection with T.S.273 of 2012. Petitioner complains that there was an injunction order subsequent to which a direction was passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Additional Court, Alipore to ensure compliance of the injunction order dated 22.06.2012. Such order was passed on 1st September, 2021. Information was furnished to the police authorities. Police authorities have already registered Kasba Police Station Case No.400 dated 29.08.2025. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Having considered that the police authorities have taken steps, police authorities would ensure

that there is no violation of law and order as already the civil court is in seisin of the issue.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19725 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
