Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there is a civil suit pending as also there are other police complaints. He submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the postmortem report of the victim and the suicide note of the victim.

There is a document which the State claims to be the suicide note.

Suicide note apparently implicates the petitioners and names them for the incident.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM (A) 4274 of 2022 is dismissed.
