The report is detailed, sufficient and comprehensive.

The police in essence have not been able to locate any objectionable material in the device submitted by the accused.

The petitioner has also not been able to demonstrate to the police any circulation of any objectionable material relating to him.

The petitioner may visit the IO to identify the device seized from the accused.

6.

Let the investigation be completed in the said FIR within a period of one month from date.

In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
