Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant submits that the conditions so imposed by the order dated 20th September, 2019 are creating hardship for him and he has been complying with the same.

We find that the conditions, so imposed, are as follows : "that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction of Goghat Police Station until further orders except for the purposes of investigating and/or for attending the court proceedings and shall provide the address where he shall presently reside to Investigating Agency as well as the Court below and shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station within whose jurisdiction he shall presently reside once in a week until further orders."

The aforesaid condition of staying outside the jurisdiction of Goghat Police Station is hereby waived and an additional condition is imposed upon the petitioner/applicant to the extent that the

petitioner/applicant will meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Goghat Police Station once in a week until further orders. The application, being CRAN 1 of 2020, is disposed of. The application for urgent hearing, being CRAN 2 of 2020 is dismissed, as it has become infructuous.
