Therefore, the petitioner can be transferred to any other school and according to the petitioner she may be transferred in any circle namely, Joypur or Bishnupur.

I direct the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Bankura to take immediate steps by four weeks from date so that the petitioner can be transferred to any suitable school in any of the two circles named above.

The personal appearance of the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Bankura is dispensed

with.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
