[ Petitioner seeks relaxation of condition granting anticipatory bail as to reporting before the Investigating Officer. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the Investigating Officer is not recording the presence of the petitioner and, therefore, the petitioner did not attend the Investigating Officer since November, 2023.

Investigations are yet to be concluded.

Petitioner will report before the Investigating Officer by February 23, 2024.
