The instant application is filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of Arambagh Police Station Case No. of dated 12.08.2011 under Sections 120B/13/447/506 of the Indian Penal Code corresponding to G.R. Case No. 983 of 2011 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly. On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional stands dismissed on merit.
