Subrata Dey ... petitioner The instant revisional application has been filed being aggrieved by the order dated 01.07.2011 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court, Kolkata dismissing the complaint case being No. C/14315/2011 under Section 203 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Perused the contentions of the petition as well as the impugned order. The dispute between the parties arose out of an agreement whereby an employer had issued an offer letter to the employee with regard to an assignment based on employment. He further submits that the dispute which arisen out of a contract is civil in nature and the learned Trial Court has rightly dismissed the complaint case.

In such circumstances, the instant revisional application is accordingly dismissed.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Trial Court.
