The petitioner is aggrieved because of threat at the behest of the private respondents. The petitioner informed the police authorities, but, no steps are being taken.

Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, submits that the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute and have drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS against the private respondents.

In view of the police authorities

having drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS, they would continue their surveillance as also ensure that peace and tranquility is maintained and the situation is not blown out of proportion.

In case, there is any violation of law and order, the police authorities would take all necessary steps to restore peace and tranquility.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19777 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
