It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition in view of certain technical errors and absence of better particulars, with liberty to the petitioner to sue afresh.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, WPA 20243 of 2022 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
