Mr. Bag, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order of the court alleged to have been violated, has already been complied with and considering such submission, this contempt application being WPCRC 185 of 2023 is disposed of by dropping the contempt proceeding and personal appearance of the alleged contemnor no.2 is recorded and dispensed with.

It has been submitted by Mr. Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader representing the contemnors that the alleged contemnor no.1 has been wrongly impleaded by the petitioner and no contempt lies against the contemnor no.1.
