Such issues shall be decided by the appropriate civil court. The allegation of forceful dispossession from plot No.449, by the temple committee cannot be decided in this proceeding and the police cannot be directed to restore possession.

The police authorities shall ensure that the petitioners are not harassed in any way. The police authorities shall maintain strict vigil and ensure that the law and order is maintained.

The police report is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
