1. The petitioners have prayed for a relief which essentially falls within the four corners of "Service Matter".

2. This Court recently in WPA(P) 268 of 2024 considered a catena of Supreme Court judgments and judgment of Calcutta High Court in WPA(P) 299 of 2025 and opined that PIL in service matter is not maintainable.

3. For the same reason, this PIL cannot be entertained.

4. Accordingly, this PIL is dismissed by reserving liberty to the affected persons to approach the appropriate forum.
