For the respondent no. 7 The writ petitioner is aggrieved that she was forced to sign an agreement by the private respondents under threat and coercion. It is argued that the terms of the agreement themselves indicate that the same are abnormal and illegal.

The petitioner complains of alleged inaction by the police. No complaint has been filed with the concerned Police Station till date.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner may lodge a complaint before the concerned Police Station in accordance with law and may take steps thereafter. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
