Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.
The subject matter of the case relates to Sections 51 and 59 of the Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006 pending in the court of learned CJM, Purba Bardhaman.
Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a General Manager of a company, namely, Red Cow Private Limited.
The subject matter of the case is under Section 77 of the Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006 and is barred under law. However, the petitioner submits that the petitioner have challenged
the initial analyst report so submitted before the concerned court. Since the outcome of the second report is still pending, I am not inclined to interfere at this stage.
Petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court aftr the second report is received by the petitioner. With the aforesaid directions, CRR 3326 of 2022 is disposed of.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
