As the pension payment order has been issued, nothing remains to be decided in the contempt application. Needless to mention that the authority shall disburse the retirement dues in terms of the PPO along with the arrears, if any.

Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceedings are dropped. Rule is discharged.
