Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The police case is lodged within two years of marriage. The petitioner before us is the husband. The police filed charge sheet. Considering the materials in the case diary and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 4280 of 2022 is dismissed.
