Petitioner is aggrieved by the act and action of the private respondents and complains that in spite of T.S. case no. 33/2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ghatal the private respondents being the club members are illegally raising the construction. To that effect information has been furnished, however, the police authorities till date did not act on the information so furnished in spite of an ad interim order of injunction existing.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that police authorities have recorded GD Entry No. 1662 dated 31.08.2025 and proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS has also been drawn up.

Since the police authorities have drawn up a proceeding under the aforesaid provisions, police authorities are directed to continue their surveillance and

ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19872 of 2025 disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
