Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. He submits that, the petitioners are involved in stealing pipes from government projects.
Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein and considering the statement recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 8831 of 2021 is dismissed.
