The order was passed by this court on 02.05.2022 directing the school to send provident fund to the petitioner's new school and to pay his salary for January and February, 2013 which had not been paid. Nobody has appeared for the school. However, learned advocate for the State has submitted, on instruction that provident fund account of the petitioner was transferred from his earlier school to his new school on 11.05.2022 and the arrear salary amounting to Rs. 66,264/- was sanctioned in favour of the petitioner and request letter to the Commissioner of School Education was issued with the request to suballot Rs. 66,264/- for its disbursement in favour of the petitioner.

I think the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and, therefore, there is no other point for adjudication in this matter.

The matter is disposed of.
