Records of the writ petition reflects that petitioner's prayer is for execution of the order passed under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure relating to repair of certain portion of the property.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

In view of the order under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is for a limited period of time and the nature of the dispute complained of is a civil dispute, I am of the view that there is no scope for interference by this Court. However, the police authorities would oversee that there is no law and order crisis in view of the petitioner and the private respondents being at loggerhead.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 20528 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
