.....For the Panchayat Samity Upon urgency being pleaded on behalf of the petitioners and in view of the determination being assigned before this Court, this writ petition has been taken up for consideration.

Mr. Rajdeep Pramanik, learned advocate led by Mr. Atarup Banerjee appearing for the petitioner submits that, this writ petition involves a particular tender. He places a notice dated August 13, 2024, issued by the Executive Officer, Nabadwip Panchayat Samity and submits that the subject tender has been cancelled after filing the writ petition. Therefore, nothing further survives in this writ petition. The notice dated August 13, 2024, placed before this Court, is taken on record.
