The petitioner alleges inaction of the police authorities.

The learned advocate for the State submits that an FIR was registered pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner under Sections 447, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Investigation of Kashipur Police Station Case No. 433 of 2017, was complete and Charge-Sheet No. 251 of 2018, was filled against the respondent nos. 4 to 7.

Under such circumstances, the allegations in the writ petition, against the police, are not substantiated. The writ petition is disposed of. Disposal of the writ petition shall not prevent the petitioner from taking appropriate steps, before the appropriate forum, at the appropriate stage. There shall be no order as to costs.
