The instant revisional application has been filed against an order dated 25th September, 2000 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Midnapore in Criminal Appeal No. 50 of 1997 arising out of order dated 26.06.1997 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Contai, 1st Class in G.R. Case No. 271 of 1995. I have perused the contentions of the revisional application as well as the impugned order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge as aforesaid which reflect proper assessment of evidence and reasoned conclusion and I do not want to interfere with the same. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department and learned trial court for information.
